Completed a 5km run during the week, weather was not in my favour but managed to pull through. Followed that up today with a 3km jog and a 2.5 km walking trail along Chapman RiverWill you help me Run For Heart?
This June I'll be feeling my heartbeat as I move a marathon distance to support people in Australia impacted by heart disease.
